00Legal
The fine print, in plain words.
The license and the third-party notices are installed with Omniphex, and the copy on your computer is the one that governs. This page is the short version.
01End-user license
One agreement, installed with the product.
Omniphex comes with an end-user license agreement. Its full text installs with the product and opens from the footer of every console screen.
In short, the license gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to run Omniphex. Your license sets your plan, how long it lasts and how much you can create and export each month. Pricing explains the model in everyday terms.
This page summarizes the agreement; the installed text is the agreement. The Omniphex name and mark belong to Veridis Defense.
02Privacy
It runs on your computer. Your designs are stored there, not with us.
You don’t need an account for Omniphex or its console.
The agreement refers to a privacy policy that is not published yet, so this section is our current statement of what the software and this site do with your data.
- The software runs on your computer. Your designs and files are stored there.
- The console is private to you. It answers only to you and the agent you connect.
- Omniphex keeps its records on your computer. If you choose to send them to us for support, the agreement says what they contain.
- Your agent is your choice. What it sees of your work is covered by its own provider’s terms.
- This website counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, measures page views and load times without cookies. The Omniphex software itself collects nothing, and the site’s fonts and files are hosted here.
- The request form sends us only what you type into it. We keep it with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Our email service, Resend, delivers a copy to our own mailbox at Microsoft 365 and sends you one confirmation that we received it. The people who set you up read your request, and we use it only to write back and set you up. The request we keep holds no IP address, and the form sets no cookies.
03Third-party licenses
Credit where it is due.
Omniphex builds on the work of others, and every third-party component is listed with its license. The notices travel with the product and open from the footer of every console screen.
- Third-party notices
- The license texts that must travel with the product, reproduced in full and available in the console.
- Copyleft programs
- Separate programs such as OrcaSlicer, which you install yourself, run as their own processes, at arm’s length.
- Sora · JetBrains Mono
- The typefaces on this website, self-hosted under the SIL Open Font License: LICENSE-Sora.txt, LICENSE-JetBrainsMono.txt.
Nothing in our agreement restricts your rights under those licenses.
04Disclaimer
A result is a calculation, not a certificate.
This sentence sits at the foot of every console screen and every page of this site.
Verdicts are based on theoretical defaults. Not a substitute for physical testing or certification.Counsel’s sentence · every console screen
Omniphex’s material limits are engineering defaults from manufacturers’ data sheets, not measurements of your part. A pass is a result calculated against those defaults, not a certification of the part. Where safety matters, test the real thing.
