CAD built for AI agents

Create anything. Your agent engineers it.

Describe your idea to the AI agent you already use. Omniphex gives it a specialist’s tools: it grows light, stiff structures, checks them under the loads you describe and prepares every part for your printer. No CAD experience needed.

01For every maker

Start with the idea you already have.

Plenty of good ideas never get past the notebook. Omniphex is for anyone with one worth building, whether you have designed parts for twenty years or have never opened a CAD program. A few starting points, and what Omniphex brings to each.

Aircraft

A fixed-wing FPV plane.

Before a single part is drawn, check weight, balance and thrust, and get lift, drag and stall speed. Then design the airframe, compare versions of its shape in a virtual wind tunnel, and check and slice every printed part, from the motor mount to the wing.

Drones

A quadcopter sized for what it carries.

Size the arms and airframe together for the load they carry, counting each arm’s own weight, and compare propellers for noise before you buy.

Robotics

A gripper with the right motion.

Describe the path a finger must follow and your agent searches linkage, geared and cam mechanisms for one that traces it, then exports a robot description with masses worked out from the parts.

Electronics

A case for your circuit board.

Screw holes and heat-set inserts sized for the wall they sit in, cable channels routed through it, and a check on whether the case stays below the temperature its plastic can take.

Outdoors

A backyard weather station.

Find out before you print whether the radio gets through the housing wall, whether the plastic can take the heat of the electronics inside, and where vents do the most good.

Everyday

Mounts, clips and brackets.

For the bike, the camera or the workshop wall: holes sized for your screws and your printer, a check against the load it will carry, and the way up that needs the least support.

Home and design

A lamp in the style you love.

Pick a design language from Japandi to Art Deco and check the form against it, add your own logo or line drawing as a raised or engraved mark, and see it from every side, with close-ups where its parts meet, before any plastic is used.

First design

Your very first part.

Every answer comes with the numbers behind it, so you learn why a design works while you make it. First-time makers start in the same place as engineers.

These are starting points. The best ideas are the ones nobody has listed yet: tell us yours.

02What it can do

Specialist engineering, within reach of anyone.

Topology optimization, load checks and dynamic infill used to mean expensive software and an expert to run them. With Omniphex, your agent runs them for you.

Everything it can do
A mount for my bike bars that holds a camera. Light, and stiff enough for the road.
Describe it.In plain words, to the agent you already use.
Illustration: a camera mount grown by topology optimization inside its design space, between two bolt holes and the point where the load lands.
Grown for the load. The stiffest shape for the plastic you allow, inside the space it may use.
Illustration: the same mount checked under load, shaded from low to high stress, with fine lines following the force through it.
Checked under load.Where it works hardest, as it will be printed.
Illustration: the same mount sliced for printing, seen from above: rounded beads of plastic laid as two walls around infill that is packed tight at the bolt holes and where the load runs, and an open crisscross grid elsewhere.
Ready for your printer.Sliced for your filament printer, with its weight and print time.

And the whole build. Many parts, one product: weight, balance and thrust for anything that flies, screw holes and keyed joints, and one parts list.

03Inside the part

Material where the load runs. Open space everywhere else.

Omniphex can build lattice cores inside a sealed skin, graded denser where the load runs and open where it does not, so the plastic goes where the part works hardest.

See what it optimizes
Illustration: a cylinder with a quarter cut away along its length, showing a sealed outer skin wrapped around a lattice core that is open at one end and dense at the other, where the load is shown.

04How you start

Connect. Talk it through. Plan. Make.

There is no CAD program to learn. Bring an idea and the agent you already use.

How it works

Connect your agent

Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Grok or a capable model you run yourself: any agent that can connect to an MCP server on your computer. We build and test with Claude Code.
ANY AGENT

Talk it through

Describe the idea in plain words, or photograph a sketch and add the key dimensions. Say what it has to do, what it attaches to and what it carries.
YOUR IDEA

Agree a plan

Your printer, your material and the numbers it has to hit, written down so the finished design can be checked against them. Anything that flies gets its weight and balance checked first.
BEFORE ANY DRAWING

Make it

Your agent designs every part through Omniphex, gets pictures of it from every side, checks it and refines it while you watch in the console, and you take away files ready for your printer.

05Why Omniphex

Built for agents. Made for people.

Omniphex is not a shape generator, and it is not an agent clicking through design software made for human hands. It was built from the ground up for your agent to drive. We built it for the next wave of innovators: people with ideas, in every field, who never had the tools to build them.

  • Made for the time you have. You describe and decide; your agent does the design work, the checks and the print preparation, so an idea can move forward an evening at a time.
  • Straight answers. Every answer comes with the numbers behind it, and when something will not work as asked, your agent hears why and what to try instead.
  • Secure and local. Omniphex runs on your own computer, and your designs and files are stored there, not with us.
  • Every build teaches something. What you learn on one part carries into the next, and the files are yours to share, so someone else can start where you left off.
